Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for people who can help and grow with our team. NEUCHIPS is seeking Senior Machine learning engineers to build up recommender model for e-Commerce .

The ideal candidate of Senior Machine learning engineers is self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

Minimum qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics
• Love analyzing problems with data and synthesizing results to tell the narrative of the product.
• Have expertise in SQL and event-based analytics and metrics.
• Understand growth funnels and how to measure them.
• Enjoy building dashboards to memorialize findings and monitor key metrics.
• Believe that building canonical datasets can empower an organization.
• Have a proven track record of making meaningful impacts through data insights and discovery in past roles.

Preferred skills

• Python
• Nice to have: Airflow, other DAG tool experience, Node

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the behaviors of e-commerce.
• Explore, measure, and track metrics related to the recommeder systems.
• Derive denormalized tables to enable simplified analytics.
• Partner with product teams on developing key metrics and testing intuitions with data to inform better decision making.
• Develop data insights that can empower customers to better understand their data.
